Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Precise nose of grapefruit, lemon, some wild strawberry, sea salt, intense and appealing, with fine notes of fresh cream on the finish. Juicy, precise, clear on the palate, with a beautiful verve and fine mousse, balanced and harmonious.
