Brilliant, golden straw yellow colour. Fine, rhythmic and persistent mousse. Complex bouquet of white flowers, acacia and hawthorn. Notes of fresh and candied citrus fruits, dry patisserie. Dry, elegant, fresh and pleasantly soft on the palate. The finish is savoury, distinctly aromatic and persistent.
