Bright, brilliant straw yellow with persistent mousse. Fragrant nose of salt lemon, cold smoke, fine cream, vanilla and oak. On the palate it shows with a lot of texture, fine creaminess, very well-integrated mousse, on the finish there are yellow fruit notes, plus a beautiful saltiness.
