Peter Spak Sr. and Peter Spak Jun. have joined forces with their friend Robert Spiegel to bring this sensational Roter Veltliner to the market together with the Paradeiser organic winery. Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Pear fruit underpinned with fine tobacco savouriness, delicate notes of candied orange zest and blossom honey. Medium complexity, white pome fruit, savoury core, mineral finish, yellow apple in the aftertaste, salty finish.
