Tasting from 27.04.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Meadow herbs, hay flower, Roman chamomile. Powerful tannins, accompanied by lime and minerals, dense and full of tension, the alcohol is integrated, the acidity carries sufficiently, but remains just as much in the background as the supple motifs.

More about the tasting

Dark ruby garnet, deep color core, violet reflections, broad watery rim. Delicate strawberry jam on the nose, ripe fruit nuances, delicate vanilla. Silky and soft on the palate, sweet chocolate notes, firm tannins, delicate roasted aromas on the finish, good ageing potential.
