Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.03.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Lots of ripe plums on the nose, dark berries, overlaid with all-round, vanilla-like wood aromas, some cigar box and dried fruit. Silky on the palate with a lot of texture, balanced by a firm acidity. Noticeable, ripe tannin, finishes long on vivid roasted nuances.
