Delicately fragrant, floral notes, pear, apricot, yellow apple and apple peel, subtle and pleasant savouriness, cinnamon stick and brioche. Creamy base of juicy fruit, distinctive spiciness and fine mousse, fresh acidity. As a soloist as well as a versatile, elegant accompaniment to the table, long and animating.
