Brilliant, bright, very appealing salmon pink. Intense red-fruity bouquet with hints of strawberry confit, orange cream and some violets. Full-bodied on the palate, lively structured mousse, firm acid core. Subtle roasted aromas with fine grapefruit notes on the finish. Versatile food companion.
