Dark gold, amber hints. Mature aromas of seaweed, Asian pear, distinctive sherry notes, a maritime note, hints of cider and miso. Soft and full-bodied on the palate with a distinctive minerality from the stone, salty, vivid acidity, expressive with idiosyncratic characteristics and age.
