The red wine Rio Sordo Barbaresco DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Cascina delle Rose has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright, intense ruby garnet. Intense nose, ripe berry-fruit, raspberries and strawberries dominate, some roses, charming. On the palate, pithy tannins, still seems very young, salty with a long finish, still needs some time, but has great ageing potential.
