The red wine Tre Stelle Barbaresco DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Cascina delle Rose has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kierm, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Intense ruby with a slight garnet sheen. Opens with a beam of intense savoury notes, of cloves, ripe plums and pickled cherries, in addition discreet liquorice tones. Salty and juicy on the palate, showing a fine-meshed tannin, very well integrated, concentrated sweet fruit texture and long finish.
