The red wine Barbaresco Rio Sordo DOCG from the winery Cascina delle Rose has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Clear ruby core. Very fragrant nose of ripe raspberries and dark plums with hints of black truffle. Primary palate richness of juicy raspberry fruit, a grippy, dense tannin and a firm focused finish.
