Rich, deep dark ruby in colour. An intense, compact nose with notes of blackberry and dark cherries, with fine spiced notes in the background of cardamom and dried ginger. Juicy and intense in the attack and on the palate with lots of cherry and some plum, wrapped up in fine, dense tannins and a full-bodied finish.
