Light salmon pink, onion skin color; intense bouquet, notes of raspberries, quinces, ripe pears; soft, full attack on the palate, a hint of tannin, clear carbonic acid, matching acidity, a hint of residual sweetness; long finish. Opulent Oeil-de-Perdrix, has style, develops well with oxygen.
