Smoky, mineral aroma, some yeast, only a little fruit, but fascinatingly influenced by the terroir (Keuper). A full-bodied palate, then round with a slight sweetness and a generous structure with a disciplined alcohol content. Will mature into a soft, spicy fullness - and is far more Burgundy than Pinot Grigio.
