Disgorged 05/2022. Medium golden yellow in colour with silvery reflections, and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, spicy aromas of white stone fruit, a hint of pear, nut and quince, with some meadow herbs. The palate is complex, with a juicy texture, notes of ripe yellow fruit and fine blossom honey, and a mineral, nutty finish, a rare Champagne made from pure Fromenteau (Pinot Gris).
