Tasting Notes
Here, a quarter of Chardonnay is combined with a quarter each of Arbane, Petit Meslier and Blanc Vrai. Medium golden yellow in colour with silver reflections and a fine mousse. A hint of ripe figs, yellow apple fruit and some pears on the nose, with some almost red berry nuances and nougat underneath. There's a touch of florality too, a complex bouquet. The palate is fresh and lively, with white tropical fruit adding contrast on the tightly woven palate. The vital acid structure shows precision and creates length. (PM).
