Disgorged on the morning of the tasting, sealed with a crown cork until then. Lots of roasted hazelnut on the nose, some lovage, clearly characterized by autolysis. On the palate, the wine shows a nice pressure and a pleasant saltiness. Spicy notes with a medium-long finish. (Deg. 03/26)
