Tasting Notes
Medium cherry orange in colour with silver reflections, and a very fine mousse. On the nose, fine red forest berry confit, cherry compote, pastry notes, some blossom honey, and a hint of bourbon vanilla. The juicy palate has a silky texture and firm structure with a core of fine fruit, cherries again, but also some mango, and a saline-mineral finish, has very nice depth, a multi-faceted food wine, already very well developed.
