Tasting Notes
Bright yellow-green with silver reflections and a fine mousse. Delicate white tropical fruit, white blossom notes and honeydew melon, with some nuances of baked goods and bourbon vanilla too. The juicy, silky texture brings nuances of peach backed by a finesse-rich acidity and lemony-mineral finish with fine herbal savouriness in the aftertaste. A firm, lingering food companion.
