Tasting Notes
Disgorged 10/2023. Pale white gold, silver reflections. Captivating toasty notes on the nose, with arancini, nut nougat, honey, orange zest, yeasty nuances and hints of chamomile, complex and harmonious. On the palate, a fine mousse, well-integrated acidity and a long, lingering finish. Drinking perfectly now.
