Tasting Notes
Pale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. On the nose, subtle hints of lime blossom, pear and orange, notes of lime zest, a pleasant herbal savouriness and fine botrytis nuances underlaid with notes of vanilla and blanched almonds. Elegant with white Pome fruit, taut and tightly meshed, nuances of pear, finesse-rich acid structure and subtle notes of salt and white almonds on the long, lasting finish. An elegant and harmonious food wine with definite ageing potential. (10/1/2024, cellar, drink -20)
