Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with green reflections. Still very underdeveloped on the nose, nuances of apricot jam, candied orange peel, fine blossom honey with lanolin, delicate oak savouriness, nuances of ripe fig, herbal savouriness. Mineral on the palate, fine citrus notes, pleasantly salty, finely structured, the residual sugar is barely noticeable, still completely embryonic, very juicy, creamy texture, racy acidity structure of lemongrass and citrus zest, sweet stone fruit notes, complex and persistent, a great promise for the future, a certain ageing potential classic.
