Tasting from 13.02.2020: Peter Moser

This has a deep yellow gold colour, with a subtle watery rim, and silver reflections. There is a delicate herbal savouriness, with a hint of grapefruit zest, and some honey. It is juicy, with yellow peach fruit, some pineapple, vivid alcohol, medium length, a hint of rusticity, and a salty touch on the finish. It would be better to wait another two or three years. .

More about the tasting

Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Not entirely clean bouquet, somewhat rustic botrytis, delicate hints of cheese poplar. Unbalanced on the palate, powerful, dark minerality, somewhat dry tannins, yellow tropical fruit, delicate astringency on the finish.
