Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green, silver reflections. Delicately smoky, fresh meadow herbs, somewhat reductive, nuances of guava, fresh rhubarb, some bergamot. Substantial, white peach, fine fruity-sweet texture, delicate wood nuances, mineral, seems light on its feet, but shows very good length and drive, delicate food companion, fresh as a mountain stream, certain ageing potential.
