Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, good core colour, purple reflections, slightly watery rim. Underlay of fine savouriness, black berryish fruit, nuances of cherry, blackberry and liquorice, fine nuances of candied orange zest. Complex, black berry, very vivid, still demanding tannins, chocolaty, shows great length. It is a Vin de Garde, and will only really get going in a decade.
