The red wine Côte de Brouilly "Cuvée Zaccharie", vintage 2021 from the winery Château Thivin has been rated in 2024 by Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gamay from the region Beaujolais in France.
On the nose, smoky new wood and fresh cherry. On the palate, the wine shows an elegant form of intensity, its compact structure radiates concentration, but still appears completely unforced, the firm tannin has tension, but is not astringent. Very youthful, with a particularly juicy, mineral finish.
