Cloudy ochre with a light peach-pink hue. Very floral and fruity on the nose, with a clear aroma of pink grapefruit juice, pineapple, white flowers and peach fruit. Bone-dry palate with fine bubbles, appears wild, overall short and crisp, slight bitterness due to the yeast in the bottle.
