Bright golden yellow. A multi-layered aroma of crème caramel, yeast bread and ripe yellow apple with subtle nuances of rose. Great tension on the palate with full-bodied texture, silky mousse due to long yeast ageing. It has a creamy, juicy finish of white nougat, and has remarkable length.
