Brilliant, bright golden yellow with salmon coloured reflections. Very delicate bouquet of fragrant yeast pastries, almond blossom, Galia melon and a hint of raspberry and iodine. Sludgy, juicy on the palate, extremely fine acidity with a straightforward, animating finish. Long with an extraordinarily rich finish. Great elegance.
