Bright rose red with orange glints. Intense multi-layered nose of rosehip, blood orange and rooibos, some bay leaf. Demandingly textured palate, crisp acidity and enjoyable phenolics with powerful drive. A Crémant full of character, with tension and depth, that comes into its own accompanying strongly-flavoured food. Good ageing potential.
