Bright salmon pink with orange reflections. Wonderful red-fruity nose of strawberry, raspberry and nectarine. Powerful, phenolic on the palate supported by a pleasantly tart bitter note and a fine acid mantle, very elegant mousse. Spicy, delicate smoky notes and candied apple in the aftertaste. Long finish. Predestined to accompany autumnal dishes.
