Light, bright salmon pink. Delicate, finely fruity cherry fruit, blood orange peel, cookie with a touch of white nougat. Delicate, full-bodied structure with a lively acid nerve, pleasantly dry with a fine foam on the palate. Fine tart finish of grapefruit and wild strawberry. Good certain ageing potential, for hearty dishes.
