Pale gold with green reflections. Apple slice and damp stone, rust, orange, peppery tones, tahini. Very fine extract on the palate, elegant acidity, all very cultivated and mineral, concentrated and crisp and taut despite its body, with a savoury finish and haunting minerality.

In the mouth it shows very fine juice, elegant acidity, very sophisticated and mineral, concentrated and, despite the weight, it is crisp and taut with penetrating minerality.
