Tasting from 29.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach und Ursula Geiger

Medium ruby red. Cherry notes on the nose, with some subtle plum and light wild berries, and spice in the background. The palate is driven by bright fruit and a beautiful acidity with, noticeable tannin in support. Finishes medium long with spiced notes.
