Tasting from 03.01.2024: Peter Moser & Ulrich Sautter

Very light in colour - some rosés are darker. Very distinctive aroma: almond, flint, candied cherry, also caramelized ripe aromas. The palate lives entirely from its sinewy juiciness, a lively acidity gives the only very restrained tannic structure an almost white wine-like elegance. Despite its lightness and the emphatically slender structure, the wine has an excellent length. Unusual, but successful!
