Bright, luminous copper colour. Complex, fine aromas of sweet cherry, grapefruit and orange zest on the nose, accompanied by a hint of Garrigue herbs. Taut on the palate, with a delicate phenolic grip and lively, tasty acidity. The well-structured length finishes with fine saline notes and tart quince fruit on the finish. A versatile companion with character.
