Tasting Notes
Deep carmine-garnet colour. Delicately animalistic and nutty on the nose, with some black berry jam, liquorice and truffles - an opulent bouquet. Juicy and dense on the palate thanks to the core of sweet extract. There's some subtle hints of Brettanomyces and a fresh acidity, leading into a chocolaty and long-lasting dark-fruited finish. Quite a chunk of wine, with great length.
