The white wine Toscana Bianco IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Fabbrica has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Vermentino, Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with a light golden hue. A nose of incense, wax and wood, reminiscent of ripe Golden Delicious apple and vanilla, subtle savouriness in the background. Rich and smooth on the palate, opens with compact, ripe yellow fruit, you can feel the use of wood on the tongue, still needs to settle a little.
