Intense dark orange colour with a brilliant core. Pithy and somewhat petrol-like on the nose, delicate yeasty notes and lemon, salt. Slightly roasted hazelnut flavour on the palate, taut with a beautiful acidity, bone-dry on the tongue, fine drive on the finish.
