Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow with a very fine mousse. The nose is slightly reductive at first, with fruity notes of ripe stone fruit and dried citrus fruits, with a slightly yeasty aftertaste of meadow flowers. Sweet and salty on the palate, with a fine mousse, balanced and with a long finish.
