Tasting Notes
Shimmering straw yellow with silver accents. Ripe yellow fruits grace the nose, alongside luscious apricots, white peaches and a light vanilla tinge, some nut butter and freshly toasted almonds. Opens splendidly on the palate, its richness contrasting with the delicate mousse. A brisk finish with a lively, saline aftertaste.
