The sparkling wine Valsellera Metodo Classico Rosé Brut from the winery Francone has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliantly lustrous copper colour with pink reflections. On the nose there are pronounced aromas of ripe raspberry wrapped in a delicate herbal savouriness, with a hint of cherry and delicate yeast notes in the background. It is full on the palate, with fine texture and an integrated mousse, expressive and with grippy structure, then a harmonious and long finish.
