Fine, very complex aroma with aromas of ripe, bright fruit, peach and pear, but also some smoke and subtle herbal spice. The palate has a fine but powerful texture, lots of tension and substance, subtle phenolics, mineral background, citrus fruit, herbal spice, grippy, will age well!
