A warm aroma of ripe tropical yellow fruit, such as passion fruit and pineapple, paired with white pepper and a delicate hint of silex. The mouthfeel is carried by a noticeably lively acidity, lemon zest, green grass and mineral salinity. The finish has depth and savoury length.
