Golden yellow reflections of colour in the glass. Complex aromas of sandalwood, roasted coriander seeds, thyme and dried sage fill the nose. Candied orange and cranberry. Fine, ripe tannins on the palate. Pithy, dense, texture with juicy, unobtrusive acidity. Pome-fruity and savoury.
