Tasting Notes
Fabulously fresh aromatic basket of watercress, brook mint and asparagus skin. White pepper! Some lychee and papaya. Wonderfully pure and animating. Deep, mineral approach with (still) youthful and restrained fruit. Needs time to mature in the bottle or with blue trout.
