Crystal-clear Pinot Noir fragrance with archetypal aromas of heart cherries, chocolate and bitter almonds. Slightly reminiscent of beet potato chips. Fine fruit on the palate, elegant and finely textured. Has polish and fine length. Creamy finish. Delights with grilled sea bass as an accompaniment. Of course, a saddle of venison also goes well.
