Piquant, intense grapefruit aroma, black pepper, a varietal savouriness par excellence. Powerful and feisty on the palate, lots of juice, lots of substance - but also lots of Keup minerality. Subtle acidity typical of the vintage, but no lack of tension. Spicy finish. A bouquet variety as a character wine.
