Delicate yellow. Notes of ripe pear and redcurrant pastilles, underlaid with herbal spices such as hyssop, chervil and aniseed. There's a discreet sweetness at the start of the palate, with confit apricots and quinces to the fore, and restrained acidity that just about supports the supple, full-bodied profile. Good length.
